Bobby Whisnand Speaks on these Topics:
- 7 Secrets Of Lifelong Wellness – Bobby rewrites the book on wellness by delivering fresh, thought provoking, and motivating ways to achieve ultimate health. With subjects like Live Your Life in Dog Years, Wait Management, and Discover the Real GOLD, Bobby makes this a very interactive presentation for his audiences and helps them “see” wellness in a whole new light.
- Built in America – The Business of the Body – This is a very popular presentation for companies to kick off or greatly improve their wellness programs. Bobby talks about the top three things that every wellness program must have to be successful along with The Top 10 Most Costly Mistakes Made in Exercise.
- It’s All Heart – According to Bobby, the most important and longest relationship every single one of us will ever have is with our hearts. The thing is…taking care of it goes way beyond exercise and eating right. We have to “Honor the Commitment” our hearts have made with us by treating our hearts with honor.
Bobby engages audiences with lessons from his 24+ years of experience as a personal trainer, exercise therapy specialist, and sports nutritionist. In his practice, he works primarily with doctors and has performed over 6,000 fitness evaluations in all areas of medicine including weight loss surgery, cardiology, cancer care, orthopedics, rheumatology, and physical therapy. Bobby helps individuals from professional athletes and weekend warriors to post-operative and post-rehab patients.
He has spoken over 500 times on topics such as heart health, nutrition, corporate wellness, exercise, and popular national health topics. He represents the American Heart Association as a fitness expert, committee chair, and at many corporate and fund raising events. Bobby holds a BS in Psychology from Midwestern State University and is a Certified Specialist in both exercise therapy and sports nutrition through the International Sports Science Association. Bobby designs In-Home Fitness Programs for specific health issues such as cancer, heart/lung problems, weight loss, post-orthopedic rehab, maternity, and the general public. Each fitness program is designed to be used both during and after medical treatment. All pre-existing injuries such as shoulder, hip, back, knee, and neck injuries are addressed with each individual program.
When he’s not in the gym or helping clients, Bobby loves being outdoors and he’s an avid fisherman and hunter. He collects sports memorabilia and wants to learn to play guitar, but he’s not sure how his boxer, Brina, will feel about him practicing until he gets good.
