My belief is that Leadership is not a concept nor a process, it is a way of life, one that I have embraced from a very young age. Today my passion and purpose is to work with growth oriented people, businesses and organizations and help them build the bridge from what and where they are to who they want and need to become to realize their dreams. Two of the lessons I have learned in training under John Maxwell is that the most challenging task of a leader is to lead himself and that leaders add value by serving others. My goal is to serve you and your organization.
